“I never sell for the sake of selling,” said Victor, a MadAveGroup Account Manager since 2017. “I'm here to listen for our client's needs, to uncover the root cause of any trouble they might be having, and then work with our team to provide ideas and solutions.”

That commitment to partnerships is consistent among all our Account Managers and Account Executives. “I think we do that well as an agency,” said Victor. “We understand the importance of putting our clients' long-term success ahead of any of our own immediate goals.”

A 2012 graduate of Northwestern University, Victor brings a natural curiosity to his client relationships. “That's key to what we do. We have to take a genuine interest in people and what they do in order to understand and help them as much as possible.”

One of the solutions he came up with: “We enhanced the in-store experience that one of our retail clients provides by creating content for their large video monitors. The motion graphics we produce engage customers and attract attention to special events happening in the store. Our solution looks so much better than the more traditional method they were using, and it’s helped them cut costs dramatically. Our client is very happy.”
