"Nothing happens by chance," says Heather. "You bring about what you think about, so I dream big!"

That's the attitude that helped Heather win the Verizon Women of Wireless Award and the company's National Rock Star Award in the Sales Presentation competition.

It's that same outlook that pushed her to study communications, advertising and promotions at Bowling Green State University, then earn her degree in 2002. It's that same commitment that drove her to pursue her role as an ACE-certified Group Fitness Trainer. It's that same focus on achievement that helped her win election to her town's planning commission.

"Vocalize what you recognize to make a positive difference with everyone you encounter," she says. "I truly believe in honesty and transparency, even if it creates conflict. Healthy conflict is a key to growth, whether it's personally or when marketing a business."

Although deathly afraid of birds, Heather has no fear of her identical twin daughters, even though they're teenagers.
