Jason has enjoyed a varied career, yet writing has always been at the core of his work.
He served as the Editor of Toledo City Paper and the other publications under the Adams Street Publishing banner.
During several years in city government, Jason worked as the Public Information Officer for the City of Toledo and later as a legislative aide to Dayton Mayor Gary D. Leitzell.
While in Detroit, he was the Director of Public Relations for Psychopathic Records.
Now as a MadAveGroup Creative Consultant, Jason works to develop marketing content.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism degree from Wayne State University, and has won several writing awards from the Press Club of Toledo, including Crystal Awards for "Best Feature Series" and "Best News Feature," as well as the Touchstone Award for "Best Feature."
Jason's copywriting earned a MarCom Gold Award in 2018.
A fan of David Bowie and Prince, Jason enjoys attending concerts, ‘80s pop culture, and karaoke.
