His experience includes serving as the CEO of Among Friends Baking Mixes, CEO of Arbor Strategy Group, Senior VP Marketing at Little Caesars Pizza and CMO at Frank’s Nursery & Crafts. He's also held the titles of Managing Director at Marketing Corporation of America and President of Delicious/Frookie snack company.

Phil holds an MBA from Harvard and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
