Two-time U.S. Women's Open champion and defending Jamie Farr Owens Corning Classic champ Meg Mallon paid a visit to the studios of BusinessVoice this week. BusinessVoice has provided the On Hold Messaging for the Farr tournament since 1999, and Ms. Mallon stopped by to record a portion of the new production.

"This is another example of how we can customize our clients' On Hold Messaging," said Mearl Sutton, BusinessVoice Director of Sales & Marketing. "Whether it's including a personal message from a company president or actual customer testimonials, we can incorporate audio elements that enhance the caller experience."

BusinessVoice is a multi-award-winning Point-of-Entry Audio Marketing agency that provides On Hold Messaging, Web Audio Messaging and Point-Of-Purchase Audio Marketing for nearly 6,000 clients throughout North America. An active member of the On Hold Messaging Association, BusinessVoice was founded in 1989.
