Award-winning audio marketing agency BusinessVoice has added new members to its Client Services team.
Alison Johnson has joined the agency as Installation Coordinator. Her primary responsibilities include the coordination of equipment delivery and installation, as well as the remote delivery of On Hold Messaging productions via telephone lines to clients throughout the United States.
Cheryl Evans is the agency's newest Client Service Representative. In addition to assisting clients with their questions, she participates in both shipping and order fulfillment, while providing proactive client assistance through the BusinessVoice CASSE program and post-install review process.
